Donation Cancellations:

    • Donations can only be cancelled if they have not been utilized for our ongoing projects or initiatives.
    • If the cancellation request is received within the specified time frame and the donation has not been utilized, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds for cancelled donations will be processed using the original method of payment.
    • Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 10-12 days.
    • It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
