UDESHNA A JAGREETI MANCH Date:- 29/10/17 Venue:- Udeshna office premises, Bhalukmari Dist:-Hojai Assam                                                                                                                                                                                                      Old & Widow Felicitation Program An  delighted & enthusiastic  program  was organized by Udeshna   after Durga puja of  the year.2017 where  the aged women were felicitated with assamese  phulam  gamosa and an amount of money and respect from Udeshna  donated  by doner member S. Chakraborty  & Mr. Pintu Debnath .The distinguished guest speakers of the programme were M. Chakraborty renouned  social worker and Mrs. Rekha Paul (Headmistress of karbi Anglong).On the  occasion  the old woman assembled in a common platform and amongst them, they  was a 108 year old lady .They shared their lifetime experiences which touched the hearts of audience.It was indeed a programme. Which  brought different  generations to  a  common platform. Udeshna music learner perform a nice cultural programme on the programme.

UDESHNA  A JAGRETI MANCH Date:-1/7/17 VENUE :- Udeshna office premises , Bhalukmari, Dist: Hojai, Assam SUMMER COURSES ON BASIC COMPUTER TRAINING Udeshna, for the first time  organized basic computer training programme. Udeshna has also come forward with helping hands to the school students  for learning new skills ,also with the initiative to utilize the vacation of L.P. and M.E  school students in a creative manner. The summer course was inaugurated by Doner member S. Chakraborty. With the appointment of three trainers , the trainees learnt about the basic applications of computer. The  closing ceremony was held on 31st of July.

UDESHNA A JAGREETI MANCH Date -24/06/17 VENUE-UDESHNA OFFICE PREMISES, BHALUKMARI, DIST- HOJAI, ASSAM Excellent  Performers  Of The Year       For the fourth time Udeshna  took the initiative to felicitate the rank holders and  excellent performers of the  Board & council examination. The meritorious students Akash Debnath , Ashim Chakraborty, Sujit Nandi,  Suraj Das, Srabantee Nath , Shima  Biswas , Parishmita Bordoloi etc.  were felicitated with certificates, books and  amount of money donated  by doner prof. Susmita Chakraborty, Mrs.Swapna Rani  Das(president of udeshna), Mrs. Uma Debnath (Secretary of udeshna),Mrs. Rinku  Mitra(executive body member) and Mrs. Mamoni Podder (general member). In the same occasion certificate of D.I.C.  approved tailoring and beauty parlour courses were awarded to the trainees of udeshna training centre . The programme was inaugurated by Dr.Lakshmanan,S IAS (Deputy Commissioner,Hojai), Sibu  Mishra ( M.L.A. of Hojai District), Mr. Bankim  Chakraborty (retired teacher of Bhalukmari  H.S. School).

UDESHNA A JAGREETI MANCH Date:- 28/4/17 to 29/4/17 Venue-LANKA SPORTS FIELD EXHIBITION Udeshna A Jagreeti Manch  along with udeshna S.H.G.  organized a cheerful exhibition & sales counter  on  28th April 2017  and 29th April 2017 at Lanka Sports field inspired by the sadou lanka bihu sonmilon committee with under the guidance of Mukut Goswami, Dr. G. Saikia,  (the secretary of bihu committee)  Mr. Hemanta Goswami . On this occasion the  members of Bhalukmari  and kaki area  supplied  traditional  assamese  food items and prepared a variety of cushions, art and craftwork  attracting huge customers . Dr. Prasanta Barua A.D.C, Hojai  district, highly appreciated the handicrafts and handloom products prepared by the members of  the organization.

UDESHNA- A JAGREETI MANCH VENUE- Udeshna office premises, Bhalukmari, Dist- Hojai, Assam DATE– 08/03/2017 Udeshna celebrated “International women’s day” starting with guru-bandana . Prof. Susmita Chakraborty , Mrs. Bhanu Choudhury, and Mrs. Prabhashini Das were the distinguished guests of the occasion. They discussed important issues relating to women and their empowerment.  The women lighted candles with a tribute to legendaries liked Mother Teresa , Sister Nibedita and all the women who are role models of the female section of the society.

UDESHNA- A JAGREETI MANCH VENUE- Udeshna office premises, Bhalukmari, Dist- Hojai, Assam DATE– 02/02/2017         Annual cultural meet The members of Udeshna music section organised the cultural event of the Udeshna annual meet.  The day coincided with the occasion of Sarawasti Puja. The programme started with a saraswati bandana and continued with various  dance and Tabla lahara performed by the children. The best performers were awarded – Shreya Bhattacherjee (dance section) and Riddom Paul (table lahara).
